Cuyahoga Falls is a vibrant community located just a few miles north from Akron. Its name stems from its proximity to the Cuyahoga River and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The small community of Goodyear Heights was created by the founder of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company as a neighborhood that would provide an easier commute for Goodyear employees.
Today, the charming town is a mostly residential community full of moderately priced single-family homes. The area features great schools and the Goodyear Heights Metro Park, which provides a recreational oasis for residents.

Highland Square is one of Akron's most eclectic neighborhoods! The neighborhood is home to a library, a plethora of delicious restaurants and even some local nightclubs and bars. There's a little something for everyone here, which is why people from all walks of life choose to call it home. But it's the art scene of this unique suburb that makes it so popular for artists, musicians and movie lovers. Here, you'll find the Highland Square Theatre, public art lining the streets and the annual PorchRokr Music and Arts Festival which brings thousands of visitors to the area each year. Wallhaven is a wonderful place to live if you enjoy being in the thick of it all. The area is home to some of Akron's most popular gathering spots from the original location for Swenson's Drive-in to the iconic Nervous Dog Coffee Bar.
The neighborhood surrounds the intersections of Market Street, Exchange Street and Hawkins Avenue, offering a little bit of shopping, upscale eating and entertainment. Plus, the housing options are incredible from historic castle-like homes to "hobbit houses" that make this area look like it was pulled straight from Lord of the Rings.
