Tega and I met Tempestt at an Open House on 1/12/20. We knew we wouldn't be ready to buy until March, but we wanted to take it upon ourselves to start attending open houses before we were ready to buy so we could get an idea of what was available in the area, what the market was like, and to be honest, it was just a lot of fun for us. The moment we met Tempestt, we knew we wanted her to be our realtor. She responded to our excitement with excitement - believe me when I say there are a lot of realtors out there who get annoyed with over-excitement and an overwhelming amount of questions. Not Tempestt; she was along for the excitement ride from the beginning. We swapped contact information that day, but I truly didn't expect to hear from her until March because we'd communicated to her that we wouldn't be ready to actually buy until then. Within a few days, she had houses lined up for us to look at. She told us she wanted to get an idea of what we liked, and she wanted us to have the opportunity to shop around before making such a large purchase. She started by showing us a house in an area we were predisposed to, and from there made recommendations to areas in Columbus we'd never heard of, but fell in love with! Tempestt spent the next FOUR months showing us houses. We had to have looked at at-least 20 houses in that span of time, and I really think that's a severely underestimated number.

Not once did we sense that she was in a hurry to sell us something or close a deal.

There had to have been times when Tempestt was swamped busy - but she never once let on. We felt like her number 1 client priority at all times, and we did not have a very big budget to have deserved that level of service!

She was flexible - there were several occasions where we called her last minute and asked if she could take us to see a house, and she'd make it work (quickly)! As a matter of fact, the house we ended up buying was one that wasn't on our list. We had all just left a house we were seeing for a SECOND time because we just weren't entirely sure yet. When we left to go our separate ways, we randomly stopped at a for sale sign and called Tempestt to see it - Tempestt called the selling agent immediately after we hung up, turned her car around, and met us right then and there.

She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable - not only in the home buying process, but also in her knowledge of all that Columbus has to offer - all the big neighborhoods, off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods, up-and-coming neighborhoods, established neighborhoods. If Tempestt didn't know something about an area we were interested in or about a 'process' question we had (which was extremely rare), she readily had the resources to find out and provide us with the most accurate information available.

She's patient, but she's a real *BOSS* too! She knows when and how to play hard-ball (which is sometimes necessary in this market), and she knows when its time to walk away and keep looking. We trusted her throughout the entire process, and she never let us down.

I've referred two of my close friends to her, and they've experienced the same level of care and dedication.

I've worked with more realtors in the past 8 years than most have in their lifetime - I assure you, Tempestt is the best there is.

Tempestt Moyer was a good realtor I have work with lots of realtors in the past and none work as hard as she did , soon as home's came on the market in my price range she inform me and my loan was not much but she found me a nice home move in ready and love the neighborhood I will recommend her to anyone....thanks Tempestt
